Granola Yogurt Tarts

Try these delicious and easy granola tarts with yogurt and berries as a delicious breakfast or healthy dessert!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Bananas

  • ⅓ cup of Honey

  • 1 teaspoon of Almond Extract

  • 1 ¼ cup of Rolled Oats

  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of Salt

  • Emborg Natural Yogurt

  • 50 g Emborg Frozen Blueberries

  • Strawberries or Raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To make these delicious yogurt tarts, mash  two bananas in a bowl.

  2. Then, add in the honey and almond extract into the mixture and mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, and then add the banana mixture to it. Don’t forget to mix well!

  4. After that, transfer the mixture into a muffin tin tray, pressing down on the middle and sides to form the cup.

  5. Chill for 1-2 hours. 5. Then,  bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

  6. Leave the tarts to cool for 10-20 minutes.

  7. Once it is ready, scoop in a spoonful of Emborg Natural Yogurt and top it off with some Emborg Frozen Blueberries (or other berries of your choice).  

Chef's Note:

Replace the yogurt with your favourite ice cream for a delicious dessert!
